2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

3. Products & Orders All products are made-to-order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and DTF printing processes.

4. Custom Orders Custom orders require customer-submitted artwork or approved designs. By submitting your files, you confirm you have the legal rights to use them. We are not liable for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-provided content.

5. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders affected by errors.

6. Payment Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other methods available at checkout.

7. Shipping & Processing Orders have a 3–5 business day processing time before shipment. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

9. Intellectual Property All brand assets, designs, and content on this site are owned by Pure Intentions By AK. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Pure Intentions By AK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.

11. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at purecustoms@pureintentionsbyak.com so we can work toward an informal resolution before pursuing any legal action.

12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
