RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales — General All orders are made-to-order with a 3–5 business day processing time. Customers are asked to review orders carefully before submitting.

Standard Items (Non-Custom) Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date confirmed by your tracking information. International customers should allow for carrier delays and contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact purecustoms@pureintentionsbyak.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Exchanges are offered as store credit or a replacement item of equal value, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed until confirmed via email.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a store error, Pure Intentions By AK will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label upon approval. Returns due to customer error are not accepted.

Custom & Personalized Orders All custom orders (items with custom graphics, names, or DTF prints submitted by the customer) are final sale and non-refundable if:

  • The customer approved the design or provided the artwork
  • The error is due to incorrect information submitted by the customer (spelling, sizing, file quality, etc.)

If the error is the store's fault (wrong item, print defect, or production error), we will reprint or refund at no cost to the customer.

Sizing Please refer to our size guide before ordering. Returns are not accepted due to sizing if the correct size was ordered per the size guide.

International Orders For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred at delivery. These charges are non-refundable. In the event of a store error on an international order, we will work with you on a resolution — however, return shipping costs for international orders may be the customer's responsibility depending on the situation.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
